Terms and privacy
This is a working draft for the pilot, not final legal text. Grevon video tours are made by Pixel Juice (Sydney, Australia).
What we make
You send us photos of a place. We use AI video models to animate them, cut the shots to music and deliver a wide 16:9 and a vertical 9:16 video. Every video is made from your real photos and checked for warps and made-up detail. If you choose “Checked by an editor”, a person also watches every shot before you see it.
Your photos and your video
You must own the photos you send, or have permission to use them. You own the finished video and can use it commercially, including on listings, websites and social media.
Our AI partners, and training
To make the clips we send your photos to our AI video partner. Its current terms (updated 27 August 2026) say:
- it may use uploaded content to improve its AI models, and the only way to exclude content is an enterprise agreement;
- you keep ownership of what you upload and what is made, and can use it commercially;
- deleted content can be recovered for 30 days and is then removed.
We will update this page if that changes or if we move to a partner that does not train on uploads. If you need your photos kept out of AI training, tell us before you order.
Changes and re-makes
Review every shot. You can keep it, leave it out, swap in a different photo or have it made again, free, as many times as you need. New photos or rooms are a new video.
Refunds
If we can’t make a video that shows your place accurately, we refund you in full.
What we keep
We keep your photos and videos so you can download them again and so we can fix problems. Ask us to delete them at any time. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card details.
AI disclosure
Videos are made with AI from real photos. Some listing sites ask you to say so; a “Made from real photos” label is available.
